Rugged Wide‑Toe Boots™

Been in barefoot shoes the last 4 years but could not find a proper fitting boot with a similar shape. The quality and construction on these things is absolutely top tier and you notice it right out of the box. Great fit and worth every penny. So stoked to rock these for years to come!

Alright, I bought a pair of mountain teal Baileys in May. I have worn them everyday since and man what a great boot! Plenty wide, and as sturdy as any boot I have ever owned. They are built like a tank but they are not stiff anywhere. I had a stich in the midsole break the first wk of August. I sent them a picture and next thing I know im getting tracking info on a new pair of boots. They were so helpful and responsive i was shocked. Congratulations Texarado Boot, you just made a life long Customer!! Thank you for everything!

When I first got these boots I was worried that they were too roomy and too short, but after thoroughly breaking in they are nearly perfect. The heel slip went away and with the correct sock selection my feet are snugly held in place.

I have been wearing them daily for 4 months for long days in a machine shop. They have held up to oil and metals without cutting and are very grippy. Not having a big heel has been great for 14 hour days on concrete and being able to slip them on and off keeps metal out of my office.

I have been wearing zero drop/natural foot shape shoes for many years. All the while keeping an eye out for a Wellington type work boot with the natural foot shape. I finally found them when I came across Eric’s Texarado Decatur boots. I’m retired on a fixed income, so to spend 349$ on a pair of boots was a bit daunting. After a few emails with Eric I decided to budget them in and ordered perhaps his last pair of size 12 honey Decatur. So happy I did! The quality of material and construction are top notch. Love the all leather construction which keep my feet clean and dry without being hot, in very hot weather lately. The upper leather is fairly stiff and will take some breaking in, but that’s all part of a good quality leather boot forming around your foot. After looking into good quality leather cowboy/wellington style boots like these, 349$ is a reasonable price. Waiting for my size in the Bailey style to come in, like I suspect a lot of people are. Eric, your customer service was also top notch, thank you sir.

These are super comfy. I changed out the laces because I didn’t care for the leather ones that came with it. They broke in quickly.

The boots are well made. The quality is there. They are comfortable. I sued the online size guide and it worked well. Normally I am a 9.5 in shoes (Kenetrek) and a 9 in boots (White's, Nicks, etc.). The size guide calculator suggested a size 10. They seem to fit well. I like the roomy toe box and the fit.

Finally a pair of boots that fit my foot shape and give me toes some room. I absolutely love these boots and I pray they never stop making them they are the most comfortable boot I have ever worn and are my new daily drivers for remodeling work !! Thank you Texarado

These are excellent boots. They are made from very high quality thick, premium leather. Definitely use the size chart when ordering the boots. Follow the guidelines, and you will receive boots that fit. My measurements came out to my normal size. When you get the boots, they are very stiff, and you will most likely have a hard time getting your foot into the boot. If so, just get a pair of thin, nylon, full length dress socks and slowly work your foot down into the boot while pulling up on the bootstraps. You will most likely have to wear them for a couple of hours each day for a week or two to break them in. As you break them in, increase the thickness of the socks you are wearing to stretch the leather and to increase the comfort of the boots. Once you break them in, you should find them very comfortable. If you want wide toe box, zero drop western style boots, then I strongly recommend the Decatur. They are certainly very unique boots, and they are very well made.

I love the color way, the materials and their thickness. These seem especially great during the cold months. Can’t wait to wear them moré
