RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

 

BOOTS

We accept returns on boots that were purchased through our website within 30 days of the delivery date. You must be the original purchaser and have a receipt or order number.

Boots must be in new, clean, original condition, in the original packaging.

Here’s what we don’t accept:

·      Boots that have been worn outside 

·      Boots that show signs of wear: creases, scuffs, stains, dirt, mud or other debris

·      Boots that have been altered, modified, or have had cleaning/conditioning or other products applied

 

SOCKS

For hygiene reasons, socks may only be returned if they are unopened, inside the plastic packaging bag.

 

OTHER ITEMS

Other items not specifically listed may be returned if in original condition, without signs of wear.

 

United States

You may start your return through our Returns Portal. There is a flat $7.00 shipping and handling fee that will be deducted from the refund total.

Exchanges (US)

If you wish to exchange, you may also do that through our Returns Portal. Exchanges are subject to product availability and cannot be made for out-of-stock items. You do not have to pay for a return label with exchanges. There is no handling or processing fee.

Exchanges are reserved when the return package is scanned by the carrier.

Exchanges are fulfilled after receipt of the returned item(s).

 

International 

“International” refers to all countries outside the United States.

All international shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Canada

Canadian customers may generate a return label through our Returns Portal.

Other Countries

At this time, we do not have the ability to generate return labels for your countries. We will accept your return, however you will need to create a shipping label to ship the item back.

Exchanges (Outside US)

We do not offer exchanges on international orders. If you wish to have a different size, color, etc., you will need to return your item and place a new order.

 

RETURN PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your return to be processed.

 

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the time of return processing. It may take several days for the refund to show on your account, depending on your payment method.

International Cross-Border Fees: All duties, fees, taxes, etc. paid for the import of your purchase into your country are non-refundable.

 

STORE CREDIT:

You may choose store credit as an alternative means of a refund. For US returns, the cost of the return label will be waived.

Please note, if you select store credit for your refund, that selection cannot be undone. Once store credit is issued, it remains as store credit and cannot be converted back into dollars or other currency.

 

DISCOUNTS:

In the event that you used a discount on your purchase that is being returned, that discount does not re-activate and become useable again.
