Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.

Free US Shipping over $99 applies only to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), unless otherwise specified, e.g., during pre-orders.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping and rates will be displayed at checkout. For international orders this will include applicable duties, fees, and taxes associated with the import.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO addresses, and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • We offer international shipping to many countries. If, during checkout, your country is not shown as a selectable destination, we do not offer shipping to your country at this time.

International Orders (Outside of US)

At checkout you will see shipping costs displayed, along with all duties, fees, and taxes associated with the import into your country. These import fees are guaranteed and paid for your shipment. Please note that all shipping and import fees are non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Address Errors

  • Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at howdy@texaradoboots.com to update the information.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may be restricted from shipping due to size, weight, or material. If this applies to your order, we will notify you before processing it further.
  • Certain promotional codes may be restricted to specific shipping methods or regions.
